How long do I need to keep my money in the Fund?

We are looking at a 10 year time frame. We believe this allows us to maximize the returns for investors.

What will happen at the end of 10 years?

If there is interest from the investors we will keep the fund going, if the investors would like to receive their money back then we will liquidate the assets and pay out the investors.

Can I get my money out early if needed?

Real estate is not a liquid asset. If you need to get your money out it is possible that we will need to liquidate some assets. This may take time and the investors could incur less profit or even a loss.

What type of properties will the Fund investment in?

The fund will invest in properties ranging from single family rentals up to four-plexes.

Where will the properties be located?

We do not invest in major metropolitan areas. We like medium sized cities that have high rental percentages, manufacturing, military bases, large government employment and stable local governments.

Can I join the fund with an investment less than $100,000?

Yes, our minimum investment is $50,000.

Can I use money from my IRA as the investment?

Yes, we are working with a 3rd party vendor that will manage the IRAs.

Will investors be able to see the list of properties owned by the fund?

Yes, we expect to report out on the properties on a regular basis and this will include the listing of properties.

As an investor will I get a K-1 for the income I receive?
